You can interact with us through social media websites, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, or through sharing features on ProIQ’s blog, http://www.blogs.proiq.com/ that integrate with social media sites. If you elect to use these websites, we will be able to access basic Personal Information, including but not limited to your name, email address, pictures, geographic location, gender, or activity posted on your accounts.
In addition to the information you provide, or accessed through social media websites, we may collect information from publicly or commercially available sources that we deem credible.
The information outlined above may be stored in ProIQ’s and/or Hire Velocity’s internal systems, including but not limited to client relationship management (CRM), marketing automation software applications, applicant tracking system (ATS), talent acquisition software platforms, on secure cloud-based servers that are not accessible by third parties. These systems permit our employees to access and process such Personal Information solely for the purposes of client fulfillment, business reporting and administration, statistical analysis and marketing of ProIQ’s or Hire Velocity’s services.
We do not sell our mailing lists to external organizations. We will not disclose your Personal Information to third parties, except with your consent or as required by law.
We may use your Personal Information for direct marketing of our services. If at any time you wish us to stop using your information for any purposes, please contact us as outlined in a section below. We will stop the use of your Personal Information for such purposes as soon as reasonably possible.
We want to inform you that whenever you visit our website, we collect information that your browser sends to us that is called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser version, pages of our website that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.

Google Ads Remarketing

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. We have implemented technology, security policies and measures to protect the Personal Information that we have under our control from unauthorized access, improper use, alteration, unlawful or accidental destruction and accidental loss.
