1. Program Description

ProIQ ("we," "us," "our") operates a text messaging ("SMS") program that sends messages to job applicants and candidates who have registered with, or previously applied through, a staffing agency, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) provider, or executive search firm that partners with us (each, a "Staffing Partner"), and who have consented to receive text messages from us. Messages sent under this program may include invitations to complete an AI-based initial video interview or screening, related scheduling links, reminders, and status updates about the applicant's candidacy.

2. Consent / Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number to a Staffing Partner and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from us related to your job application and interview process, including invitations to an AI-based video interview or screening.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or of any purchase. Consent applies only to this messaging program and is not shared, transferred, or assigned to any other messaging program or third party's marketing campaign.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your application status and the stage of the interview/screening process. You may receive multiple messages during active recruitment for a specific role.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your carrier.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one final confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed and that you will not receive further messages from us, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Opting out of SMS messages does not withdraw your job application; you may still be contacted by phone, email, or through the Staffing Partner regarding your candidacy.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We support most major U.S. wireless carriers; however, not all carriers may be supported, and coverage/reliability may vary.

Your mobile phone number and opt-in data will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party or lead generator for marketing purposes. Mobile information may be shared with subcontractors that support delivery of this service (e.g., our messaging platform provider) solely for the purpose of providing the service. This program is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who have applied to or registered interest in employment opportunities through a Staffing Partner of ours.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued participation in the messaging program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version will always be available at [Terms URL].

11. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and factors outside our control (e.g., carrier network availability). We do not guarantee delivery or timeliness of any message. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any delays, failures, or errors in message delivery.
